Build Contracting with Selected Partners

Aquinna Homes Plc recently completed a Design and Build Contract for the provision of 104 PRS residential units for Grainger Plc which formed part of the overall Berewood development of 2550 homes in Waterlooville Hampshire.

The development was a mix of two and three storey houses and apartments using traditional construction methods together with all the necessary infrastructure works.

The development used a variety of traditional external treatments using both brickwork and coloured rendering on the walls and clay tiles and natural slate on the roofs.

We are actively engaging with other partners and considering similar schemes.
